Information on the processing of personal data

Severochema, cooperative for chemical production, Liberec, Vilová 333/2, 460 10 Liberec 10, company ID: 00029 220, registered at the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, Section DrXXVIII, File No. 202 (“Administrator”), in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“Regulation” or “GDPR”), hereby informs you that in order to fulfil the contract, to take measures before concluding the contract, to fulfil a legal obligation or for the purpose of a legitimate interest (“legal reason for processing”), the Administrator will process your personal data (“PD”) to the extent of the following: first name, last name, date of birth, address, ID number, VAT number, e-mail address, telephone number, fax, if you provide them, and IP address if you visit the Administrator's website. The Administrator's website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that the website stores in your computer or mobile device when you start using the website. The website remembers your preferences and your behaviour on the website for a while. The PD are of address and identification categories.

In connection with the sale of goods or if you give your consent to the sending of commercial messages, the Administrator will further process the PD for the purpose of sending commercial communications informing about the goods of the Administrator.

The Administrator informs you that (i) the PD will be processed for the purpose of: processing the offer, concluding the contract, delivery of goods or services, settlement of complaints, communication between the Administrator and you (“purpose”), based on some legal reason for processing, (ii ) other recipients of your PD include the carrier, postal license holder, IT specialist, (iii) will process the PD for the duration of the contract and for another 10 years after the end of this contract, or if you do not enter into the contract, then for 3 years, unless the legal regulation requires the PD to be processed for a longer period.

The Administrator informs you that you have the right to (i) request access to the PD from the Administrator, (ii) rectify the PD, (iii) delete the PD, (iv) restrict the processing of the PD, (v) object to the processing of the PD and (vi) portability of the PD (i.e. to obtain the PD from the Administrator in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and pass it on to another administrator). The Administrator further informs you that (i) the consent can be revoked if you provide the PD with a consent, e.g. for commercial communications, (ii) file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, at the address of Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www: https://www.uoou.cz, (iii) the provision of the PD is not an obligation, (iv) there is no automatic decision-making or profiling and (v) you have the right to obtain confirmation from the Administrator whether the PD are or are not processed, or copies of the processed PD. Requests, objections, exercise of your rights can be sent to the Administrator's registered office or to the e-mail address: gdpr@severochema.cz.

The Administrator states in more detail that you have the right to delete the PD if (i) the PD are no longer needed for the given purpose, (ii) you withdraw the consent and there is no other legal reason for processing, (iii) you object to the processing of the PD processed on a legal basis or legitimate interest of the Administrator or you object to the automated individual decision-making or profiling, (iv) the PD have been processed illegally, (v) the PD must be deleted to fulfil a legal obligation, (vi) the PD have been collected in connection with commercial communications.
The Administrator expressly warns you that you have the right to object at any time to (i) the processing of the PD that concern you and have been obtained to perform a task in the public interest or legitimate interest of the Administrator, including profiling based on these reasons or (ii) the processing of the PD for direct marketing.  The Administrator warns that you have the right not to be the subject of any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effects for you or significantly affects you, unless necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract or based on an explicit consent.
